Returns

OCS-Egypt offers a 30-day return policy for all air cargo shipments. To be eligible for a return, the shipment must be in its original condition and all shipping labels must be intact. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return shipment.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost, OCS-Egypt will work with the customer to file a claim with the airline. If the claim is approved, OCS-Egypt will reimburse the customer for the value of the shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is damaged, OCS-Egypt will work with the customer to file a claim with the airline. If the claim is approved, OCS-Egypt will reimburse the customer for the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged goods.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact OCS-Egypt customer service at [email] or +2 240 553 67 You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned shipment.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Shipments that have been shipped more than 30 days ago.
  • Shipments that have been damaged due to negligence or misuse by the customer.
  • Shipments that are ineligible for a refund according to the airline’s policies.
